Finally the sad and worrying day had come, it was time to leave home. Soon we were leaving. On the way to where we were staying we stopped to see a silo it was called nullawil silo.

In seven minutes time we were at the place we were staying called kaneira hotel, Culgoa.
As soon as the car had stopped I leaped out of the car towards an animal pen filled with goats, chickens and roosters and watched until it was time for dinner. We headed into the pub and decided to play mine and Mia’s first game of pool. It took over an hour and a half to practice and play.

Soon the game was over and we ordered our dinner. Me and Mia had chicken nuggets and chips. Eventually we headed back to the camp trailer and fell asleep.
On the second day (04/07) we started to pack up to go and drive to berri. On the way we stopped to look at a silo called sea lake, then we stopped at a huge lake called pink lake but we all thought it looked more like a brown lake.

Lake tyrle formed when the sea levels rose and covered the land and then retreated back to the ocean and left behind salt lakes

Next we stopped at the biggest tractor in the world named Big Lizzie. It was originally made to take wheat and wool across the Murray River. But when it was finished they decided it was not safe to cross the Murray River so they decided to use it for clearing land. It could clear about 202,343 square meters a day.

soon we arrived at our destination at mallee fowl restaurant, berri.
